Curing Bad Breath With Home Remedies

You could even take it one step further and start actually brushing your teeth with just baking soda, as an alternative to commercial tooth pastes. It tastes pretty bad, but it definitely works for curing bad breath!

Taking one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar orally before each meal can really help prevent the effect that food has on the scent of your breath. Vinegar works amazingly for neutralizing odors in the mouth and anywhere else where bad smells are. You might want to try using it as a mouth was too. It has great cleaning effects, and deodorizing effects.

Certain types of tea like parsley and chamomile can help reduce the odors in your mouth as well. Try drinking a cup of this tea each day and you will certainly notice a big difference in your breath.

Curing bad breath is really easy. Unfortunately, many people go out and spend hundreds of dollars on mints and gums and pills, when the cure to their bad breath is right in their kitchen cupboard. Try out some of the remedies you have just learned, and you will be free from bad breath in no time.
