Bad Breath Cures You Can Find at Home

I came across an interesting article that discussed how to cure breath that’s really really bad. It was rather informative and actually made me stop and think for a few minutes (okay, okay, I’ll come clean – seconds!).

I copypasted the article below so you can read it yourself. Just make sure that when you’re done, you come back up and check out this info about Halitosis cure, breath will never be the same again!

If you are someone that suffers from bad breath and using breath mints just do not seem to cut it then there are some bad breath cures that you can try at home. The problem with the typical cure, breath mints is that they only tend to cover over the existing problem, they don’t attack the problem at its source. So it you are ready to have fresh smelling breath, even without the mint, then here are some bad breath cures that you can try at home.

1 Scrape your tongue – If you have ever looked at your tongue closely you are probably aware that it really is a rather unattractive part of your body. Not only is it ugly, but it a dumping ground for all the stuff that you feed yourself day after day, and the possibility that it will have some kind of bacterial growth is pretty large. That is why it is important not to overlook proper care of your tongue when it comes time to brushing your teeth. Make sure that you brush your tongue after you brush your teeth and then invest a few pennies into a tongue scraper. More than likely you will notice almost immediate relief of your bad breath just by doing this.

2. Go Suck a Lemon – Try keeping some citrus fruit, lemons, limes and oranges on you and suck on one of those occasionally. This can help with your oral hygiene problems and could help to keep your mouth fresh through the day.

3. Tools of the Trade – There are plenty of things out there now that can help you to keep your mouth fresh though the day, even when you are not near a toothbrush. Invest in a few of these and they will help you to have a fresh mouth and a whiter smile as well.
